What counts as a data source?
One connected account per platform — e.g. a Google Ads account, a Shopify store, or a HubSpot portal. Multiple ad accounts on the same platform count separately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date. Annual plans can add sources and seats mid-term.
Where does my data live?
In our EU-hosted store by default, or entirely in your own warehouse on Growth and Enterprise — Tresorbase then orchestrates without retaining copies.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing automatic — we ask before charging. Your connections pause, and your configuration is kept for 30 days in case you pick a plan.
