Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between you — or the company you represent — and Tresorbase. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Tresorbase on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

The service

Tresorbase is an AI marketing data agent: it connects the marketing, analytics, CRM, commerce, and warehouse tools you authorize; collects, maps, and normalizes that data; and produces analyses, briefs, alerts, and answers. Features and limits vary by plan as described on the pricing page. We may improve or change features over time, and we will avoid degrading a service you pay for without notice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract. Keep your credentials confidential and your account information accurate — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@tresorbase.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and billing

• Free plan. The free plan is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Charges are not refunded except where required by law.
• Price changes. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of your current plan.
• Taxes. Prices exclude taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or interfere with its operation, including probing or bypassing security or rate limits
• Connect data sources you are not authorized to access, or process data you have no right to process
• Resell the service without a written agreement with us
• Use output from the service to violate the law or third-party rights

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, with notice where practicable.

Your data and permissions

You retain all rights to the data you connect or upload (“Customer Data”). You grant Tresorbase a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service for you. You confirm you have the rights and consents needed to connect each source and to let us process that data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models, and we do not sell it.

AI-generated output

Analyses, recommendations, and briefs are generated by AI from the data available to the service. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing output and for the decisions you make from it — especially budget and spend decisions. Where an answer matters, check the underlying sources linked with it.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party platforms — ad networks, analytics tools, CRMs, warehouses, and model providers — that have their own terms and availability. Your use of those platforms through Tresorbase must comply with their terms, and we are not responsible for their services. If a platform changes or withdraws its API, affected features may change too.

Intellectual property

Tresorbase owns the service, including its software, models, designs, and brand. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and Tresorbase’s total liability under these Terms is capped at the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim — or US$100 if you are on a free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the service. You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we delete Customer Data according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tresorbase is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue — except where mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
